• Hot Brew
   

Steep 250-300ml of hot water at 95°C for about 3 minutes.
 

• Cold Brew

1. Add cold water to a 500-600ml bottle and refrigerate for about 18 hours.

2. First, brew with hot water, then add an appropriate amount of ice.
 

*Avoid shaking to prevent acidity.
