Brew Method

  • Hot Brew
    3g tea leaves and steep 250-300ml of hot water at 95°C for about 3 minutes.

 

  • Cold Brew
    1. 3g tea leaves and add cold water to a 500-600ml bottle and refrigerate for about 18 hours.

    2. First, brew 3g tea leaves with hot water, then add an appropriate
    amount of ice.

 

*Avoid shaking to prevent acidity.
